A cosplayer has donned garb befitting a warrior of the gods with a spectacular Assassin's Creed costume.

The cosplayer (u/CyperianWorkshop) shared a photo of the detailed costume on Reddit. The outfit is a faithful recreation of Bayek of Siwa's Servant of Amun skin as seen in the Assassin's Creed: Origins DLC, The Curse of the Pharaohs. The costume matches the major components of the in-game skin with a gold-colored metallic mask, dark leather headwraps, silvery arms, dark clothes beneath the armor, a golden belt ornament with simulated jewels and a replicated leopard skin. CyperianWorkshop also included two legendary items in their Bayek display -- the weapon Palmette Carver and the shield Mut's Sorrow.

The armaments and the outfit are exclusively available through the Assassin's Creed title's second DLC, The Curse of the Pharaohs. It takes place four years after the conclusion of Origins' main story and brings Bayek to Thebes, where long-dead pharaohs are terrorizing its citizens. The Palmette Carver is the only item of these three that can be obtained in the DLC's main quest line, specifically after taking it from a shadow warrior of Anubis in the mission Blood in the Water. Mut's Sorrow and the Servant of Amun outfit can be claimed in the side quests Follower or Leader and Shield or Blade, respectively.

Who Is Bayek in Assassin's Creed?

In this installment of the Ubisoft franchise, Bayek is originally a warrior in the village of Siwa. He is put on a path of vengeance after his son is murdered by members of the Order of the Ancients -- the precursors to the Templar Order. Both he and his wife, the renamed Amunet, follow their revenge to the far reaches of Egypt and beyond to slay the five responsible for their child's death. However, the pair discover that the Order extends far beyond, and they create a faction of their own in order to oppose it. The order is named the Hidden Ones, and it would go on to become the modern Brotherhood of Assassins seen throughout the Assassin's Creed franchise.

Assassin's Creed: Origins and its DLCs are currently available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
