While it won't make its debut until January, the upcoming Arrowverse series Superman & Lois may have a presentation at the free 24-hour DC FanDome virtual convention.A video posted on the Superman & Lois Twitter account offers a glimpse of the Man of Steel's cape before it gives way to the series' title card, which itself is soon followed by the convention's logo, tagline and launch date. "Welcome to the [DC FanDome]," the tweet reads. "Explore every corner of the DC Multiverse with a Global Virtual Experience on August 22." The tweet also contains a link to The Daily Star, the convention's official blog, which is named after the predecessor to the more famous Daily Planet newspaper from the Superman mythos.

DC FanDome will showcase guests from many different areas of DC media, including the Arrowverse, DC Comics, the DC Extended Universe and more. Like an in-person convention, the event will feature a number of panels and programs in which fans can hear updates and announcements about DC's upcoming films, comics, video games and TV shows.

DC FanDome begins Saturday, Aug. 22 at 10 a.m. PT.

Superman & Lois stars Tyler Hoechlin, Elizabeth Tulloch, Dylan Walsh, Alex Garfin, Jordan Elsass, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Inde Navarrette and Wolé Parks. The series debuts in January 2021 on The CW.
