As Arrow prepares to launch its eighth and final season, The CW is hyping up one of the many familiar faces returning for the show's swan song.

Titled "Welcome to Hong Kong," the episode sees the return of Tatsu, the Arrowverse's incarnation of the Japanese superhero Katana, portrayed by Rila Fukushima. The character will join Oliver Queen, John Diggle and Laurel Lance as they continue their mission for The Monitor. The episode's official synopsis from the network is below.

THE RETURN OF TATSU – Oliver (Stephen Amell), John (David Ramsey), Laurel (Katie Cassidy Rogers), and Tatsu (guest star Rila Fukushima) seek out an important person within The Monitor’s (guest star LaMonica Garrett) plan. Connor (Joseph David Jones) has a heart to heart with his brother (guest star Charlie Barnett). Antonio Negret directed the episode written by Jill Blankenship & Sarah Tarkoff (#802). First appearing during flashback sequences in Season 3, Tatsu played a major role in helping Ollie develop his own superhero identity while in Hong Kong. Fukushima's return to the series was confirmed by star Stephen Amell in August.
