Amidst coronavirus (COVID-19) social distancing and quarantines, many people have started to feel isolated, and celebrities are no exception. However, Arrow’s Stephen Amell announced on social media that he was going live on Instagram at 11 a.m. Pacific Time every day to help fight the loneliness.

Starting March 17, Amell will go live "just to chat" with fans and followers through the popular platform. Amell has also shared videos of his daughter taking online dance practice with his 6.1 Million followers.

Amell has been vocal on his social media platforms, encouraging people to stay safe during the isolation period. But Amell is not the only celebrity live streaming to keeping spirits high during the international pandemic. Josh Gad, the voice of the snowman Olaf from Frozen, has also been live-streaming storytime to try and help parents with young kids home from school.

The actor starred in the CW’s Arrow as billionaire Oliver Queen from 2012 until the show’s final episodes in late January. The eight seasons helped to launch several other DC superhero shows that make up the Arrowverse.
