The list of guest stars returning for Arrow's eighth and final season just got even longer.

According to GreenArrowTV.com, star Stephen Amell revealed Rila Fukushima will reprise her role as Tatsu Yamashiro, aka Katana, in the second episode of Season 8. "I think Tatsu being in Episode Two was awesome," he said during the recent Television Critics Association press tour. Notably, the title of this episode is "Welcome to Hong Kong," a reference to where Oliver first encountered Tatsu and her family.

Oliver Queen originally met Tatsu in Season 3. In Season 3's flashback story arc, A.R.G.U.S. Director Amanda Waller plucked Oliver off of Lian Yu and sent him to Hong Kong. Naturally, Oliver attempted to escape and return to his family, but Waller had contingency plans. She threatened Maseo and Tatsu Yamashiro, as well as their son Akio, to coerce Oliver into becoming her agent.

Soon, Oliver discovered a plot by U.S. General Matthew Shrieve to attack Hong Kong. Using a bio-weapon called the Omega, he released a deadly virus into the city in an effort to destroy it, as he believed Japan was a military threat. Oliver and the Yamashiros successfully contained it, but not before Akio was killed. In official reports, the incident was labeled a chemical spill to cover it up. The events led Maseo to join the League of Assassins, while Tatsu became the vigilante known as Katana. Oliver was eventually returned to Lian Yu.

Fukushima's Katana, who last appeared in the Season 4 episode "Unchained," will return for the show's last season alongside long-dead characters like Moira Queen, Tommy Merlyn and Prometheus. Since Season 8 takes place largely on Earth-1, some time travel may be involved in order to bring these characters back.

Returning Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on The CW, Arrow stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Rick Gonzalez as Wild Dog, Juliana Harkavy as Black Canary, Katie Cassidy as Black Siren, Katherine McNamara as Mia Smoak, Joseph David-Jones as Connor Hawke and Ben Lewis as William Clayton-Queen.
