SPOILER WARNING: This article contains major spoilers for "Brothers & Sisters," the latest episode of Arrow.

No, Arrow probably hasn't killed off Ricardo "The Dragon" Diaz -- yet. In "Brothers & Sisters," Diaz suffered a terrible fate when he returned to Slabside Supermax Prison, but this may not be the last time we see him on the series.

In the episode, Ricardo "The Dragon" Diaz led A.R.G.U.S. straight to Dante, a villain so powerful that even Diaz fears him. The mission quickly went awry, with Diaz tipping Dante off about A.R.G.U.S.' incoming attack. Dante managed to escape, but Diaz was not as fortunate. Once Diggle recaptured him, he was sent back to Slabside to serve out the rest of his sentence.

Slabside is where Diaz met his gruesome fate. As he worked out in his cell, the sprinklers turned on of their own accord. When he was drenched in what turned out to be gasoline, someone tossed a lighter into his room. Diaz caught it, only to go up in flames. The episode came to a close as Diaz fell to the floor, still aflame.

While this certainly looks back for Diaz, this may be a rebirth rather than an execution. After all, in the comics, Dante runs an organization called the Ninth Circle, an international crime ring comprised of corrupt executives. However, some members are compelled to join through force or abduction and are subjected to a "rebirth" during which they are physically burned and then brainwashed. As such, Diaz may be "reborn" after he is cleansed by this fire. Either way, he will likely come to regret working with Dante.

Airing Mondays at 8 pm ET/PT on The CW, Arrow stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak, Rick Gonzalez as Wild Dog, Juliana Harkavy as Black Canary, Colton Haynes as Arsenal, Kirk Acevedo as Diaz and Katie Cassidy as Black Siren.
