SPOILER WARNING: This article contains major spoilers for "The Longbow Hunters," the latest episode of Arrow.

The arrowhead Felicity gave William just launched the next phase of his quest. In "The Longbow Hunters," the latest episode of Arrow, he revealed there's more to the arrowhead than meets the eye. He cracked it open and showed Roy the set of coordinates hidden inside.

"Felicity gave it to me. She said it was a symbol of reconnection. I thought it was BS, but then -- three weeks ago -- it started to beep," William explained. "I opened it up and I found this. They're GPS coordinates for this island."

Though Roy advised William to throw it into the ocean and never look back, he helped him track down the arrowhead coordinates' exact location on the island. It led them to a grave, which the two immediately dug up. "Oliver told me what was buried on this island. When I got here, I found the four graves that he had mentioned, but then I found this one," Roy said.

Eventually, the two hit a casket beneath the dirt. Using his shovel, Roy destroyed the lock and they opened it up. Inside, they found Oliver's equipment, as last seen in the modern day sequences. William grabbed the bow and held it aloft. "I don't get it," he admitted. "It's my father's bow. I can't even shoot an arrow. Why would Felicity want me to have this?"

"I know why," Roy replied, taking the bow and opening a small compartment. He found a small piece of paper inside, read what was on it, then torched it before William could see. William began to object, but Roy cut him off. "Now grab your stuff," he interjected. "We're going back... to Star City."

While the show hasn't confirmed anything, the clues so far may indicate that Oliver wants Roy to train William as the next Green Arrow. After all, Oliver was concerned his legacy would end when he went to prison; he even asked John Diggle to take up the mantle, which Diggle rejected in the interest of protecting his family. Between the island, the equipment and the return to Star City, though, all signs seem to point to William picking up his father's legacy.

Airing Mondays at 8 pm ET/PT on The CW for its seventh season, Arrow stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak, Rick Gonzalez as Wild Dog, Echo Kellum as Mr. Terrific, Juliana Harkavy as Black Canary, Colton Haynes as Arsenal, Kirk Acevedo as Diaz and Katie Cassidy as Black Siren.
