We all knew this day would come.Arrow showrunner Beth Schwartz announced that the CW drama has entered its final week of production.  Schwartz was short and sweet, writing "Last week of production on Arrow."RELATED: Arrow, Walking Dead Among TV Guide's Most Influential Shows of the Decade

Arrow is currently in the middle of airing its eighth and final season, so this last week will see the production team finish up the remaining episodes, including the two-hour series finale.

Aside from the finale, which is titled "Fadeout," Arrow's finale episodes will be quite eventful. Episode 8 will be the "Crisis on Infinite Earths" crossover episode, while Episode 9 will be the backdoor pilot to the Green Arrow and the Canaries spinoff series.

Arrow will leave quite the legacy, having spawned multiple series that exist within its universe. They include The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow and Batwoman.

Airing Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on The CW, Arrow's final season stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Rick Gonzalez as Wild Dog, Juliana Harkavy as Black Canary, Katie Cassidy as Black Siren, Katherine McNamara as Mia Smoak, Joseph David-Jones as Connor Hawke and Ben Lewis as William Clayton-Queen.
