The final season premiere of Arrow saw Oliver Queen travel to Earth-2 on a mission for the Monitor. However, the episode ended with an absolute shock when Earth-2 was destroyed, with Oliver, Diggle and Laurel the only characters who walked away from the devastation.

Now, The CW has released the promo for the series’ next episode, “Welcome to Hong Kong,” and it shows Team Arrow dealing with the loss of an entire parallel world.

“An entire world erased from existence,” the Monitor says ominously, while Laurel appears to deny the possibility that her entire home world is gone. And yet, it doesn’t appear like there will be much time to grieve, given that the next mission has already begun.
