The CW has announced when Arrow's eighth and final season will come to a close.
According to Deadline, Arrow's finale will be a two-hour event, beginning with a preview of the finale on Tuesday, January 28, at 8 p.m. The finale itself, which is titled "Fadeout," will air at 9 p.m. on the same day.
Oliver Queen is set to play a major role in the upcoming "Crisis on Infinite Earths" crossover, in which he's expected to die following a deal made with The Monitor during last year's "Elseworlds" crossover. The finale will air following a backdoor pilot for the prospective Green Arrow and the Canaries spinoff and two weeks after the conclusion of "Crisis on Infinite Earths."
At this time, little is known about the finale. However, Emily Bett Rickards will reprise her role as Felicity Smoak for the episode.
Airing Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on The CW, Arrow's final season stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Rick Gonzalez as Wild Dog, Juliana Harkavy as Black Canary, Katie Cassidy as Black Siren, Katherine McNamara as Mia Smoak, Joseph David-Jones as Connor Hawke and Ben Lewis as William Clayton-Queen.
