In the flashback scenes of this week's episode of "Arrow," Talia al Ghul agreed to train Oliver Queen to become The Hood and defeat Konstantin Kovar, a decision that will somehow connect to both the Bratva in the past and Prometheus in the future.

As we seen in this action-packed promo for next week's episode, "Bratva," Oliver returns to Russia with Team Arrow in tow to reunite with his Bratva brother Anatoly Knyazev, who's not exactly happy to see him.

There are plenty of questions to consider ahead of next Wednesday: Will the episode reveal Talia in the present day as well? Will Anatoly still be at odds with Kovar? How can the Bratva can still call upon Oliver for favors?

Captain Lance will also be back after completing his time in rehab. However, he won't be left in peace for too long, as reporter Susan Williams will try and reveal his problem to the public.

OLVIER RETURNS TO RUSSIA — A mission takes Oliver (Stephen Amell), Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and team to Russia where they meet up with Oliver’s old friend, Anatoly (guest star David Nykl). Meanwhile, fresh out of rehab, Lance (Paul Blackthorne) returns to the mayor’s office ready to get back to work. However, when Susan (guest star Carly Pope) asks for an interview with Lance to discuss his addiction, he balks and it’s up to Rene (guest star Rick Gonzalez) to help keep things on track.
