It's been clear for a while now that changes are coming in the fourth season of "Arrow" -- especially after this past July's Comic-Con International, where star Stephen Amell referred to his character as "the Green Arrow" (instead of simply "Arrow") and base of operations by its comic book name "Star City" (rather than "Starling City," how it's been referred to on the show thus far).

Wednesday brought a new poster for the show's fourth season, as revealed on the official "Arrow" Twitter account -- and it's another look at the previously revealed new season four costume, plus the seemingly meaningful tagline "Aim. Higher."

"He's really happy -- and 'happy Oliver' is not something we see very often," "Arrow" Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim told TVLine. "There's an obvious call to duty, but it's surprising, too, because the way he handles his return is different from what we've seen in the past."

The "Arrow" fourth season premiere is scheduled to air Oct. 7 on The CW.
