One of the most interesting aspects of Iron Man's death in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is what's happening to Tony Stark's legacy. Armor Wars may well dive into suits and secrets being stolen, which is something Tony would hate and works against how he tried to bring an end to the pain his weapons caused the world prior to him becoming a hero 2008's Iron Man.

However, there are positives to his legacy, as Riri Williams is going to be introduced as Ironheart in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, so Stark's research may have already been appropriated by someone else, but this time it is for good. On the other hand, come her Ironheart TV series, all this might change in a drastic manner, given how many people would want to misappropriate Stark's intel. Interestingly, based on The Hood being set to appear, the show could pave the way for the MCU's deadliest Iron Man armor.

The Hood Can Elevate Magic and Science for the MCU

Parker Robbins (aka the Hood) was introduced to Marvel in 2002. Since then, he's become quite the fiend. Parker found a cloak linked to Dormammu, which gave him demonic powers. He ran up against the Avengers, as well as Tony on solo missions, always seeking to increase his power and hold over New York. He even tried to work a corporate game to steal some of Tony's loot when he died, further complicating his history with Stark.

However, one wonders why a supernatural villain would be linked to Ironheart. With The Hood set to make his appearance, it could be the MCU is set to deliver a mix of science and magic in a big way, creating a hybrid armor that could change the landscape. The comics, for instance, had The Hood using Loki's Norn Stones, so if he has these gems, as well as the cloak in the show, Parker might have found a way to become an Iron Mage.

Who Is the Iron Mage in Marvel Comics?

Doctor-Strange-in-Iron-Man-Armor

In Savage Avengers, Dr. Doom gave Stephen Strange a suit to fight Kulan Gath, which resulted in Strange's Eye of Agamotto and his Cloak of Levitation bonding with the armor, creating this Iron Mage. Thus, Parker might have the relics in hand to remix this act, going on to become an intimidating villain that could conjure spells, upgrade weapons and mess with space and time. After all, the MCU has confirmed, especially in its Thor movies, that magic is just advanced science.

By creating this mystical tyrant, the Iron Mage would be shaped as a godlike being that only a genius like Riri could stop. This would give her agency, highlight how powerful she is and pave the way for other villains to help Parker on the armor side. Ezekiel State could join the series as Ezekiel Stane, and there's the possibility Doom could factor in, as well as Norman Osborn -- an ally of The Hood's in the comics.

These are all tech moguls, who could capitalize on The Hood using the occult to gain power while treating him like a lab rat. This way, they could perfect armors for themselves, which can open doors for the likes of Shuri in Wakanda to help Riri down the line. Ultimately, this makes Ironheart a game-changing series in terms of weapons of mass destruction in the MCU, and it gives Riri the kind of uphill battle Tony would dare to take on.
