Aquaman's Digital and Blu-Ray Release Dates Revealed

After becoming the DC Extended Universe's highest-grossing film to date, Aquaman fans now know when they'll be able to bring the movie to home screens.

The movie's official Twitter page has revealed James Wan's underwater spectacle will be available on digital platforms March 3, and will then hit DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD on March 26th.

The home video edition will also come with a wave of extra features and behind-the-scenes content, including "Becoming Aquaman," "Heroines of Atlantis" and "Kingdoms of the Seven Seas." As previously rumored, it will indeed have an exclusive three-minute sneak peek at the DCEU's other upcoming superhero film Shazam!

Jason Momoa's adventures as Arthur Curry has soared past the $1 billion mark at the box office, which is a positive sign for Warner Bros. in the wake of Justice League's critical and commercial failure. Such has been its success that the studio is now looking to use Wan's template to create future franchises that aren't as connected as part of a bigger universe, which also worked well for Patty Jenkins' Wonder Woman.
