Just ahead of the kickoff of Comic-Con International on Wednesday, Warner Bros. has debuted the first official teaser poster for director James Wan's Aquaman.

The image depicts Jason Moma's Arthur Curry, trident in hand, crouching on the ocean floor, and backed by a veritable fleet of sharks, whales, rays and other assorted aquatic life. It's accompanied by the tagline "Home Is Calling."

That tagline, of course, references the return of Arthur, a man of two worlds, to Atlantis, the undersea kingdom ruled by his half-brother Orm (Patrick Wilson), who plots a war against the surface dwellers as revenge for centuries of pollution. The film has been characterized as “a classic story of sibling rivalry.” It's been positioned as almost Shakespearean, except that some of the players ride enormous sharks and sea dragons (not sea horses).
