The veritable tidal wave of images from director James Wan's Aquaman continues with the first images of Patrick Wilson as King Orm and Willem Dafoe as Vulko.

They arrive as part of Entertainment Weekly's coverage of the upcoming Warner Bros. film that has included images of Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta, with his signature helmet, and Nicole Kidman as Arthur Curry's mother, Queen Atlanna.

Dafoe was originally intended to debut as Nuidis Vulko last year in Justice League, but his scenes were among the many cut from the theatrical release.

Although few concrete plot details have been revealed about Aquaman, it's been characterized by Wan as "a classic story of sibling rivalry," involving Jason Momoa's Arthur Curry and his half-brother Orm.

“The water world my movie takes place in is so separate and so far apart from previous DC movies it’s like I’m making my own sci-fi fantasy film,” the director told EW. “This is a whole new underwater world nobody has seen before in live action.”
