Evangeline Lilly has shared the workout process she's using to get in shape for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

Lilly posted a video to Instagram, which shows her working out at the beach. "I have spent a good part of the past two years in bed struggling through a very serious physical breakdown," she said in the caption. "Now I need to rebuild my strength in order to be able to bring the Wasp back to life again."

Lilly also discussed the work she was doing with Eric Goodman and his Foundation Training routine, also cautioning viewers to visit the official Foundation Training website for professional guidance. "My heart is so full of gratitude for Eric's research, dedication and passion to share his theories with the world," Lilly said. "And I am so grateful that he will hopefully help me be able to do justice to this epic heroine one more time."

Lilly first portrayed Hope Van Dyne in the first Ant-Man film and later reprised the role in Ant-Man and the Wasp -- this time taking up the Wasp mantle. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is slated to start filming at the end of May alongside The Marvels, with Quantumania filming under the working title of Goat Rodeo.

Directed by Peyton Reed, Marvel Studios' Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania stars Paul Rudd as Scott Lang, Evangeline Lilly as Hope van Dyne, Michael Douglas as Hank Pym, Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet van Dyne, Kathryn Newton as Cassie Lang and Jonathan Majors as Kang the Conqueror. The film arrives in theaters Feb. 17, 2023.
