Ant-Man and The Wasp arrives on home video next week and deleted scenes from the MCU sequel have begun to surface online.

The first deleted scene takes place relatively early in the film with Walton Goggins' black market criminal Sonny Burch observing Hank Pym shrinking his office building into the size of suitcase and wheeling it away, ordering his men to find out as much as they can about the tech and Hope Van Dyne.

"There's always the challenge of, if this is a guy who's going after tech, in what ways does he learn about this scenario and who these people are and how are we going to motivate him to try and get this stuff?" explained star Paul Rudd, who also co-wrote the film, regarding the deleted scene to USA Today.

The second deleted scene takes place near the end of the film as Hank ventures into the Quantum Realm to rescue his wife Janet Van Dyne. The couple explore the psychedelic world with Janet communicating with a translucent, otherworldly creature.

"What would that place look like and what would have been going on while she was there and not up on terra firma?" observed Rudd about the sci-fi sequence. "This idea that there are other things down there that you could interact with is interesting, and God knows there are tardigrades and all kinds of microscopic things. Treating it almost like outer space made sense."

Director Peyton Reed’s Ant-Man and The Wasp stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Peña, Tip “T.I.” Harris, Judy Greer, David Dastmalchian, Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer, Laurence Fishburne, Hannah John-Kamen, Randall Park, and Walton Goggins. The film will release on Digital HD October 2 and on Blu-ray and DVD on October 16.
