To celebrate the Blu-ray release of Ant-Man and the Wasp, Marvel Studios Director of Visual Development and concept artist Andy Park revealed an alternate, Quantum Realm-friendly version of Scott Lang's Ant-Man suit."An early idea was floating around that Scott might be going to the Quantum Realm," Park explained. "So Peyton [Reed] wanted me to come up with a Quantum suit and being able to see that pretty Rudd face too."RELATED: There Are More Plans for Janet Van Dyne in the MCU, Peyton Reed Promises

This Quantum version of Ant-Man suit bears a slight resemblance to the astronaut-esque shrinking suit worn by Hank Pym when he ventured into the Quantum Realm to retrieve the long-lost Janet van Dyne. However, Scott's version has a much bolder look, emphasizing the red-and-black color scheme of the standard suit.

With the Quantum Realm poised to be a key player in the Marvel Cinematic Universe going forward, this as-of-now unused concept art just might be indicative of new suit designs to come.
