Fans who were disappointed by the January teaser may find something to get excited about with the second trailer for Marvel's "Ant-Man," which focuses not only his powers, but also his training and the rivalry between Hank Pym and his former protege Yellowjacket.

The footage seems tailored to potential moviegoers who might chuckle as the Ant-Man concept, with Darren Cross (Corey Stoll) pitching an ant-sized soldier as "the ultimate secret weapon," while Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) conspire to stop him -- by recruiting petty criminal Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), naturally.

As if that weren't enough, we also get a quick introduction to Ant-Man's powers, and to his "greatest allies": ants.

Directed by Peyton Reed, "Ant-Man" also stars Bobby Cannavale, Michael Peña, Judy Greer, Tip "T.I" Harris, David Dastmalchian, Wood Harris and Jordi Mollà. The film opens July 17.
