Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania's unveiled its latest and weirdest addition to the MCU.

CoveredGeekly's MCU Twitter page shared a new Quantumania clip, providing fans with a first look at the Quantum Realm's various subatomic denizens. After making their way to a docking bay via flying creature, Hope Van Dyne, Hank Pym and Janet Van Dyne attempt to navigate the passerby and alien workers going about their daily lives. While Janet tries to remain incognito, Hank wonders how this "subatomic universe" will revolutionize science before remarking, "Holy shit, that guy looks like broccoli," revealing a multi-eyeballed creature whose face heavily resembles the vegetable.

CoveredGeekly's post also included a link to a second Quantumania clip of Ant-Man/Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and his now-18-year-old daughter Cassie arguing in the car. This week, Marvel released two more clips following the first Phase 5 Marvel Cinematic Universe film's Hollywood premiere. One shows Cassie testing a "quantum satellite" capable of studying the Quantum Realm. Another sees Scott come face-to-face with Jonathan Majors' villain Kang the Conqueror, who calls him "an interesting man" but queries, "Have I killed you before?" when Scott brings up his Avenger status.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania Receives Positive Reviews

Early Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania reviews have mainly been positive, with critics praising the film's "weird" sci-fi ideas, action scenes and visuals. This includes Quantumania's post-credit scenes, hailed as some of the MCU's best to date. While some were critical of director Peyton Reed's story, Majors' Kang performance was overwhelmingly singled out as a highlight of the entire film. In contrast to his semi-mischievous Loki counterpart He Who Remains, screenwriter Jeff Loveness wrote Quantumania's Kang as a colder, more ruthless variant, explaining, "I think everyone kind of maybe expected a funnier or a goofier Ant-Man villain, so Peyton and I said, 'No, let's put Ant-Man up against the most dangerous villain in the Multiverse, and let's do the opposite of what you saw in Loki. Let's make this the worst of the worst, and there's a reason he's here.'
