Rapper/actor T.I. will not be reprising his Marvel Cinematic Universe role as Scott Lang's escape driver Dave for the upcoming Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania film.

Following several women coming forward about the entertainer's alleged sexual abuse against them, T.I. will not be starring in the forthcoming Ant-Man film, as confirmed by THR.

Earlier this week, it was reported that 11 women came forward with allegations of abuse and sexual violence against T.I. and his wife, musician Tiny. The alleged claims brought forth in both California and Georgia include "sexual abuse, forced ingestion of illegal narcotics, kidnapping, false imprisonment, intimidation, assault and harassment."

At the time of this writing, both T.I. and his wife "strongly deny" the allegations made by these women. The couple's lawyer issued an official statement on the matter that reads, "Clifford (T.I.) and Tameka Harris (Tiny) deny in the strongest possible terms these unsubstantiated and baseless allegations. We are confident that if these claims are thoroughly and fairly investigated, no charges will be forthcoming."

Although Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania's plot has been kept under wraps, director Peyton Reed shared hints of a larger world in the upcoming film, noting, "There’s some really really really exciting things in store, none of which of course I could speak to you about right now, as is the Marvel way." He added, "I think the third Ant-Man movie is going to be a much bigger, more sprawling movie than the first two. It’s going to have a very different visual template."

Actors Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly will reprise their respective roles as Scott Lang/Ant-Man and Hope van Dyne/The Wasp in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. The film will also see the returns of Michael Douglas as Hank Pym and Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet van Dyne. Actor Kathryn Newton, however, will take over the role of Cassie Lang from Ant-Man and Ant-Man and the Wasp's Abby Ryder Fortson and Avengers: Endgame's Emma Fuhrmann. Reed's third Ant-Man film will also feature the MCU debut of Kang the Conqueror.
