The Astonishing Ant-Man and the Wondrous Wasp will return to the big screen in the upcoming Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. While not much is known about the film's plot, returning director Peyton Reed shared a romance-centric tease for the movie.

Reed shared a photo on Twitter, showing figurines of Ant-Man and The Wasp standing in a rose among a bouquet. Reed's only words for the photo in the description were "Happy Valentine's Day," followed by a Quantumania hashtag. Prior to this, Reed teased that Quantumania would be "much bigger" than his previous Ant-Man films.

The figures appear to be holding hands, leading fans to speculate that the duo's romance will continue in the Marvel Cinematic Universe's third Ant-Man film. Reed directed both Ant-Man and its 2018 sequel Ant-Man and the Wasp.

Outside of Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly returning to their respective roles as Scott Lang/Ant-Man and Hope van Dyne/The Wasp, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will also see the returns of Michael Douglas as Hank Pym and Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet van Dyne. It will also see Kathryn Newton take over the role of Cassie Lang from Ant-Man and Ant-Man and the Wasp's Abby Ryder Fortson and Avengers: Endgame's Emma Fuhrmann and feature the Marvel Cinematic Universe debut of Kang the Conqueror, played by Jonathan Majors.

Directed by Peyton Reed, Marvel Studios' Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania stars Paul Rudd as Scott Lang, Evangeline Lilly as Hope van Dyne, Michael Douglas as Hank Pym, Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet van Dyne, Kathryn Newton as Cassie Lang and Jonathan Majors as Kang the Conqueror.
