Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid is incredibly smart, but he is also known for using a wide range of weapons, along with his great stealth abilities. Many anime villains could fall to Snake in battle simply because he would outsmart them or overpower them with his ranged skills.
Some villains, however, would be outwitted and outmatched by Snake no matter what they try to do, thanks to his intelligence and massive technical prowess with weapons. In addition, his famed stealth would help him sneak past anyone trying to stop him.
10 Team Rocket Would Be Outmatched By Snake's Technical Prowess (Pokémon)
Pokémon's Team Rocket has access to many massive machines and other sorts of technology when trying to steal Pokémon. However, Snake has even more experience using technology than Jessie, James, and Meowth can ever hope to accomplish.
Considering their lack of mastery at using most machines they have on hand, including the electric-shocking machines at the Viridian Gym, this villainous team would easily go blasting off if they ever faced Snake in a battle. If Snake ever encountered this trio, they would be better off running away before the current machines they are using get blown up.
9 Toue Would Get Blown Up By Snake Before He Could Use His Compelling Voice (DRAMAtical Murder)
Toue from DRAMAtical Murder has a compelling voice that he can use to control people. He is also incredibly good at the game of Rhyme, as shown with his battle against Aoba and Ren in both the anime adaptation and the visual novel. However, he has no other abilities to defend himself with, making him incredibly vulnerable against Snake.
Considering Snake is very stealthy, Toue might not spot him before it's too late to stop Snake from taking him out. Even if Toue was backed up by the androids that serve him, Snake would just find a way to destroy all of them before destroying Toue himself.
8 Hades Would Go Down Against Snake's Military Prowess (Mr. Love: Queen's Choice)
Hades from the romance anime Mr. Love: Queen's Choice can trap people in dreamscapes. Unfortunately for Hades, he has no other abilities to defend himself. This would make him vulnerable to any of Snake's attacks, whether it be a close-ranged attack thanks to Snake using his stealth, or by Snake hitting him with any weaponry he has with him at the time.
The only way Snake might be defeated by Hades is if Hades got the jump on him first. However, that is incredibly unlikely to happen, considering that Snake is rather stealthy and could avoid being detected by Hades.
7 Yukino's Plans Would Be Outsmarted By Snake's Stealth And IQ (Yakitate!! Japan)
Considering that Yukino has many evil plans she keeps secret, Snake would defeat her by easily sneaking into her associated labs and offices, stealing all the plans, and then exposing them to the people who want her taken down. Even though Yukino has access to a bomb crew to blow up labs and connections to other mercenaries, Snake could easily destroy all of her plans because he's far more stealthy than any of her minions could be.
In addition, Snake's IQ makes him smarter than Yukino. If Pantasia just hired Snake to look into any of Yukino's shady plans, half of Pantasia's problems in the latter half of Yakitate!! Japan would be resolved before they could happen.
6 Maverick Would Be Overwhelmed By Snake's Excellent Stealth (Tiger & Bunny)
Maverick would be doomed if Snake ever tried to fight him. Even though Maverick is capable of altering other people's memories, it would be much harder to do so against Snake in a fast battle. Additionally, Maverick has no other abilities that can save him from being defeated.
Unless he miraculously altered Snake's memories to think he was an ally and not an enemy, Maverick is completely doomed. He might have the brains to come up with machines, such as the fake Wild Tiger that appeared in the final episodes of Tiger & Bunny. Still, Maverick lacks any physical abilities to immediately defend himself.
5 Mimete Would Be Doomed Against Snake's Abilities (Sailor Moon)
Despite being the superstar of the Death Buster's Witches 5, Mimete from Sailor Moon would be dramatically defeated if she ever fought Snake. Mimete's abilities are much more limited than Snake's, and she does not have the same sort of stealth capabilities that he has.
Additionally, Snake has access to many weapons. Snake knowing how to use them well compared to Mimete's lack of knowledge would easily outdo her in seconds. She would be better running for her life than trying to fight Snake at all.
4 Shou Tucker Would Be Done For Against Snake (Fullmetal Alchemist)
Shou Tucker from Fullmetal Alchemist might be able to create chimeras with his alchemy, but he can do little else to defend himself in the nick of battle. Considering that Scar killed him after breaking into his home, Snake could easily do the same thing while also leaving the place unnoticed.
Even though Shou might show off much bravado over his abilities as an alchemist, it would do nothing to defend himself against Snake's use of firearms, let alone prevent Snake from sneaking into his house to kill him.
3 Azzurro Vanel Is A Capable Mafia Leader, But Snake Would Overpower Him (Black Butler)
Azzurro Vanel from Black Butler is the leader of his mafia and has many underlings that serve him well. However, Snake could easily sneak into his lair, kill him, and sneak back out without Vanel's men noticing.
Even though Vanel is effective with kidnapping his targets, like how he successfully kidnapped Ciel Phantomhive, Snake could easily foil Vanel's schemes and expose his plots to anyone that wanted to get rid of Vanel for good. Snake also has a wider range of abilities when using firearms and other military gear effectively on his own, while Azzurro mainly relied on his men to do most of the work for him.
2 Buggy Would Be Blown Up By Snake (One Piece)
Despite having his Buggy balls and a whole crew to back him up, Buggy the Clown from One Piece would likely be defeated by Snake sooner than later. It would be hard for Buggy to detect Snake sneaking onto his ship or wherever he might be before Snake could use any of his weapons to blow up the entire area.
Buggy might try to blast him with a cannon filled with Buggy balls, but Snake could use that opportunity to turn the tables on him and blast him into oblivion. No matter what type of weapons Buggy had with him at the time, he would be done for if he ever tried battling Snake.
1 Malty S. Melormarc Would Be Doomed (The Rising Of The Shield Hero)
Even though Malty from The Rising Of The Shield Hero is fairly cunning and can also use a decent range of spells in battle, she would be overpowered by the stealthy Snake. She might be able to defend herself to an extent, considering her experience with magical spells, but it would be hard for her to catch Snake in action.
In addition, Snake has a wider range of weapons than Malty does with spells, so she could easily be gunned down if she is not careful. Much like many other villains on this list, her abilities are too limited compared to Snake's wider range of weaponry and abilities.
