The wide world of anime is known not only for its lovable protagonists but also its exciting and terrifying villains, who are just as diverse and deep as the heroes whom they oppose. A good anime villain is slightly sympathetic, powerful, unintelligent, charismatic, and has a grand plan in mind. But not all of them are responsible with the power they wield.

Certain anime villains are an excellent example of "with great power comes great responsibility," since they show restraint with their powers and save their talents for when they are needed most. Such villains might even have a sense of honor or a code of ethics, and that can make them somewhat respectable to viewers. Other villains, though, go wild with their powers and show no restraint, and abuse their abilities to no end.

He is adept at blending into everyday society to evade detection, and his goal is simple - to live an ordinary life and pursue his own interests.

Yoshikage is an eerie and despicable villain even by JoJo's standards, abusing his Stand to kill innocent people and even blow up anyone who stumbles upon his secret. Even when he died, Yoshikage didn't regret a thing. Remorse is a foreign concept to him.

Hammerhead struck back against the modern business world not to stand up for downtrodden workers but to create a system where irresponsible people like him can survive without having to get a job of any kind.
