The series was so beloved by its many fans that it won the Best Anime of 2018 Award at Crunchyroll's 2018 Anime Awards Show. If you are one of the fans who loved it but you still want more, don't worry, as there are plenty of similar anime to scratch that itch.

Updated March 15th, 2021 by Theo Kogod. While Devilman Crybaby was an absolute hit when it came out, three years have passed since then and it remains just as popular as ever, thereby proving the series has real staying power. This also demonstrates that fans have a desire for stories like this. Unfortunately, the series only had ten episodes and there are only so many times you can re-watch a show, no matter how good it is. While no two anime will ever be exactly alike, there are plenty of others that have many of the elements that made Devilman Crybaby a success.
