Most villains aren't strong enough for All Might to do any damage to their surroundings, but when faced against a villain of equal power like All For One, the surrounding city is completely flattened. Citizens may love All Might, but the power he wields is pretty destructive.

Every other hero — including Genos, who is an S-ranked hero — fell at the hands of the Fish King. Saitama is so powerful that the Fish King doesn't even stand a chance. It's a miracle Saitama's punches only cause destruction to villains, considering how easily he can damage everything else around him.

As one of the most famous pirate captains in One Piece, it makes sense that Whitebeard would have one of the most powerful Devil Fruit powers. His abilities come from the Gura Gura no Mi fruit, which gives him the ability to create shockwaves and quakes.
These earthquakes aren't small, either. The quakes can destroy entire islands, and, according to Sengoku, the power from Whitebeard's quakes can potentially destroy the entire world. Whitebeard can even create shockwaves that travel through the air. It's no wonder the Navy fears Whitebeard when he can kill thousands with the wave of his hand.

When fighting Lust, Mustang is able to create flames by carving an alchemy symbol into his hand, which proves to be bad news for Lust. Even with her regeneration, she can't stand against the explosive flames produced by Mustang. Not to mention, Mustang can continuously attack without stopping. Considering how powerful Mustang's attacks are, it's a miracle Al and Hawkeye weren't caught up in the blast as well.
5 Gojo Is Stronger Than Everyone & Knows It

Gojo from Jujutsu Kaisen is one of those heroes who knows he's powerful and isn't afraid to show it off. His sorcerer skills aren't strong enough to destroy an entire planet, but that doesn't make his powers any less terrifying. During the Kyoto Goodwill Event Arc, Gojo nearly single-handedly ends the fight by creating a giant blast of energy that destroys the entire forest.
Gojo also completely destroyed Juzo's body by just looking at him. Juzo isn't the only cursed spirit Gojo shows zero mercy toward. Gojo toyed with Jogo during their fight, and he finished the cursed spirit off by ripping his head off. Fighting a ruthless man like Gojo never seems to end well for cursed spirits.

It's no wonder the government takes his threat so seriously when he can put an end to civilization in a matter of seconds. Luckily for his students and the world, Korosensei doesn't actually want to destroy everything in his path; he just wants to make his students better people.
3 Bakugo's Explosive Power Is Unstoppable
My Hero Academia
The only thing more explosive than Bakugo's personality is his powerful quirk explosions in My Hero Academia. He sweats a nitroglycerin-like substance that allows him to ignite explosions from his hands, and as Bakugo progresses as a hero, his explosions continue to get stronger.
During the Sports Festival, Bakugo destroys hundreds of falling rocks with a single blast, but that pales in comparison to the explosions he creates during the most reason movie, My Hero Academia: Worlds Heroes' Mission. The massive fireball he creates with his attack Howitzer Impact would have destroyed an entire city block, but luckily, he is in the middle of nowhere when he uses it.
