One of Iruma's classmates includes his new friend, the green-haired Valac Clara. Clara is an energetic, friendly, and goofy girl who just wants to have fun and cheer everyone up, even if she tends to annoy people in the process.
However, Clara may remind anime fans of plenty of other characters, most of whom have a similar personality and/or character arc. She is a genuinely good, if loud, person who just wants to make friends and be better understood, which is just like many other anime characters.

Both Milim and Clara come off rather strongly and tend to annoy people, but they rarely mean to do any harm. They're more interested in making friends and finding fun things to do with the protagonist, though their idea of fun tends to make a mess.

My Hero Academia's Denki Kaminari is the electric hero of class 1-A, a lively boy who wants to hang out and have some fun, just like Clara. Both Clara and Denki are students are special schools and are friends with the protagonist, but neither of them has really proven themselves just yet, though they're trying.
Denki, like Clara, is best known for his goofball ways and his exaggerated reactions to everything around him, and he has colorful hair and attention-grabbing powers to match. Oddly, though, Clara's pocket-based creation ability is more like Momo's Quirk.

Though Yotsuba and Clara are often seen as annoying, they're just enjoying themselves. They just prefer a loud, energetic lifestyle where anything can happen, and the more friends who get invited along, the better.

On a personal level, the telepathic Anya Forger has plenty in common with Valac Clara, since they are both wacky, energetic, and good-hearted people. They both tend to live in the moment and overwhelm the protagonist with their wild antics.
Anya and Clara are both misunderstood, and deep down, this upsets them greatly. In Spy X Family, Anya keeps pushing people away by accident, and can't even let her loving foster parents know that she's a telepath. Hopefully, these girls will be understood and accepted by all for who they are.

Clara enjoyed dressing up as a demidol and being the center of attention. Similarly, Marin loves cosplay and doesn't mind getting photographed, all with the aid of her new friend Wakana Gojo. These two characters are also deeply fond of their friends and are quick to comfort them if something is wrong.
