ColourPop Cosmetics has announced a new collaboration with Animal Crossing, featuring new four-pan eyeshadow palettes, lip tints, shock shadows, a blush and pressed glitters. ColourPop is no stranger to collabs, having previously paired with The Mandalorian, Sailor Moon and Disney (featuring Frozen II, Mulan and Tangled themed products).

Since its first release in 2001, the Animal Crossing games have become some of the best-selling games on Nintendo devices, with five main series games and three spin offs (Animal Crossing: Happy Home designer, Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival and Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp for mobile). The latest release, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, is currently the best-rated of the series.

ColourPop is an award-winning cosmetics brand from California, having won awards from Glamour, Allure and Temptalia. Though they specialise in color palettes (as the name suggests), they also do a range of other make up, skincare and body products. The new Animal Crossing line will be available on via the website from Jan. 28.

Developed and published by Nintendo, Animal Crossing: New Horizons is available now on Nintendo Switch.
