DC Comics has announced Andy Kubert will fill in for regular "Batman" artist Greg Capullo for issue #18 of the Scott Snyder-written series, which heralds the return of fan-favorite character Harper Row. The issue arrives in stores March 13 and also features a back-up story written by Snyder and "Talon" writer James Tynion IV with art by Alex Maleev. Kubert will be joined by inker Sandra Hope for the issue, with Capullo slated to return for "Batman" #19.

New character Harper Row last appeared in the one-shot story of "Batman" #12, illustrated by Becky Cloonan. Snyder first introduced the character in "Batman" #7 and delved into her character during the one-shot -- according to the solicitation, Snyder has further plans to further integrate Harper into the Batman mythos during "Batman" #18.
