Roger has a lot of impressive skills on American Dad!, most of them relate to drinking, watching TV and eating Chocodiles. But he is also a master of disguise, creating personas so in-depth that somehow people don't notice he's an alien. Surprisingly, of all people to give him a run for his money in the disguise department, it was Hayley, who stepped up and took Roger down in a battle of dueling personas.

Hayley Dreamsmasher Smith-Fischer is the 19-year-old daughter of Stan and Francine Smith. For the vast majority of the series, she has been involved with Jeff Fischer, who she eventually marries. Hayley has also been going to Groff Community College throughout American Dad!'s run where she majors in Women's History. For some reason, her studies require her to have a business internship in Season 4, Episode 13. Unfortunately for Hayley, she couldn't get an internship anywhere. That's where Roger stepped in.

Hayley and Roger dressed as each other

Roger's Place is a bar the alien built in the Smith's attic in Season 1, Episode 9. It actually got pretty busy at some points, which is kind of odd considering it's located in the attic of a private residential home. Nonetheless, it worked out well for Hayley as she finally found a place to do her internship. However, nothing is ever that simple with Roger, and she ended up having to beat Roger at a game of personas to get her community college credit.

When Roger refused to sign the paper she needed, Hayley broke out her own barrage of personas. The goal was to back him into a corner where he had to sign the paper. It got to a point where Hayley had to pull out a classic Looney Tunes move. She dressed as Roger, prompting Roger to dress like her and sign the paper.

It was a solid move on Hayley's part, one that showed exactly how cunning and resourceful she actually can be. Having a battle of dueling personas with Roger is dangerous, as it's hard to say when he's going to snap. Plus, he's really good at it. This is someone who used to operate a factory that developed and stored his various personas. This is one of the few things Roger actually takes seriously, outside of the aforementioned alcohol, TV and Chocodiles.

While it might not seem like it, this was a huge victory for a character who doesn't always get a lot of wins in American Dad! As such, beating Roger at his own game was a big deal. Costumes and personas are a huge part of his life, and something he takes a lot of pride in. The fact Hayley defeated him is pretty impressive.
