"Arrow" star Stephen Amell did not fail a young fan of the show when it came to her "Arrow"-themed 12th birthday party.

Though he couldn't make it out for her party, for which he expressed his regret, he did stop by in the form of a prerecorded video message to tell her that he loved her party invitations and that he was glad she was a fan of the show.
