Zombieland
's central cast is halfway now assembled. Deadline reports Amazon's adaptation of the 2009 comedy has found its Columbus and Little Rock in indie-film actor Tyler Ross (Milkshake) and newcomer Izabela Vidovic.

The original film, which was written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick and directed by Ruben Fleischer, followed the adventures of survivors in a world overrun by the undead. Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg) teamed up with Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson) before meeting up with sisters Wichita (Emma Stone) and Little Rock (Abigail Breslin) on their way to an amusement park rumored to be zombie-free.

Developed for Amazon's streaming service, the new series will be directed by Eli Craig (Tucker & Dale Vs. Evil), with the involvement of original producer Gavin Polone and writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. The half-hour comedy will focus on the four main characters from the movie — Tallahassee, Columbus, Wichita and Little Rock — with two office workers named Fred and Ainsley added to the mix.
