Over 20,000 Christians have signed an online petition for Netflix to pull the television adaptation of Good Omens, evidently unaware that the miniseries is produced and available on Amazon Prime Video.A branch of the U.S. Foundation for a Christian Civilization launched a Return to Order campaign that called on Netflix to cancel the series under the auspices that the miniseries appears to be "another step to make satanism appear normal, light and acceptable” and "makes light of Truth, Error, Good and Evil, and destroys the barriers of horror that society still has for the devil.”RELATED: Good Omens: Neil Gaiman Explains Why Death's Subtitles Aren't in All CapsThe link to the original petition has since stopped taking signatures, presumably after the organization learned Netflix is not behind the adaptation of Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett's beloved novel. Gaiman himself has expressed his amusement at the organization's confusion through his Twitter.

Other complaints by the defunct petition cite dissatisfaction with God (Frances McDormand) being "voiced by a woman" and the depiction of the Antichrist as a "normal kid." One thing is certain: Good Omens is not available on Netflix (and never has been).
