With principal photography on The Boys Season 2 underway, the television series has cast two new actors in major roles for the upcoming season.

Goran Visnjic and Claudia Doumit have both joined the Amazon original series, with Visnjic portraying Alistair Adana, the head of a sinister church, and Doumit playing Victoria Neuman, a young Congresswoman on the rise.

Visnjic and Doumit both previously starred in the recently-cancelled sci-fi series Timeless, which was helmed by The Boys showrunner Eric Kripke. The trio are joined by Malcolm Barrett, who also starred in the fan-favorite NBC series; Barrett had a recurring role in The Boys Season 1 as Seth Reed, a marketing executive who previously had his own interesting run-in with a superhuman. Barrett is expected to reprise his role in Season 2.

Based on the subversive comic series of the same name by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, The Boys was renewed by Amazon for a second season shortly before its series premiere this past July.
