Amazing 'Dragon Ball Z' CG tribute could go Super Saiyan

The Dragon Ball Z CG Tribute Project may not be as well known yet as the Akira Project, but if these animation tests are any indication, it's going to be amazing.

The work of a team of animators, character and concept artists, modelers and more, it's precisely what the name suggests: a CG-animated sequence created as a tribute to Akira Toriyama’s manga and anime epic.

There's not a lot to go by yet, but what the videos below show certainly looks promising. "There's more to come," they tease on Facebook. We certainly hope so.
