Alyson Hannigan, who played Willow Rosenberg in Buffy The Vampire Slayer, revealed that she still has many props from her days as Sunnydale's most terrifying witch, and that she still takes them out to decorate her house and front yard for Halloween.

Speaking on EW Live, Hannigan said, "I have a lot of Buffy props that help decorate our house for Halloween, which is very cool because our graveyard is real spooky. It's pretty awesome." She added, "We've got all the tombstones that were on our little fake Buffy graveyard."

Hannigan was referring to the graveyard that the Sunnydale Scoobies patrolled almost nightly, and which also featured prominently in the opening number of the musical Buffy episode "Once More With Feeling." However, despite her love for the props of the show that propelled her to fame, Hannigan is very careful when she brings them out.

"I have to say, some of it is getting real old. They gave me the skeletons that they would actually have in the Master's lair and stuff, and they look really authentic. But boy, are they crumbly now," she admitted. "They're over 20 years old now!" The Master was the big bad vampire of the first season of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, which premiered in 1997.

Since starring in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Hannigan has appeared in the American Pie movie series, as well as How I Met Your Mother as Lily. She will be returning to her spooky roots for the month of October, hosting the reality competition Outrageous Pumpkins where contestants compete to sculpt the largest, spookiest possible pumpkin decoration. Her Buffy character, Willow, continues to appear in Buffy the Vampire Slayer comics.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer ran for seven seasons, from 1997 to 2003, and Hannigan featured in almost every episode alongside Sarah-Michelle Gellar, Nicholas Brendon and Anthony Stewart-Head.
