Harley Quinn's upcoming 30th anniversary special confirms another skill of the Bat Family's Alfred Pennyworth: taxidermy.

A preview for "Uncommon Bonds" by writers Amanda Conner, Jimmy Palmiotti, artist Chad Hardin, colorist Alex Sinclair and letterer Dave Sharpe -- one of many stories within Harley Quinn 30th Anniversary Special #1 -- shows Harley reuniting with Alfred by surprising him at Wayne Manor. Set before the loyal Batman butler died, the story calls back to 2020's Harley Quinn & The Birds of Prey #3, in which Alfred repaired Harley's stuffed beaver, Bernie, making him good as new. In the preview, Alfred recounts the favor for Harley, saying, "Polishing my taxidermy skills on the little fellow was a nice way to break up my day," confirming that taxidermy is something he has practiced in the past.
