Following Disney's latest trailer for its Aladdin remake, fans can now feast their eyes on a better look at Will Smith's Genie in all of his blue glory.
The image was released by the studio features a shot of Genie speaking with Mena Massoud's Aladdin that wasn't in the trailer. Of course, we have no context or clue as to what they're speaking of, but it's pretty clear it's from the sequence when the thief just discovers the lamp that he's tasked with stealing for the sinister Jafar.
Smith's live-action CGI-take on the character looks pretty impressive, as he's sporting the genie's iconic pointy-ears, his trademark wrist bands, and last but not least, his amulets. To top it off, he's rocking the genie's iconic hairstyle as well, which should reassure fans who were initially concerned how the wish-granting entity would look in the reboot of the iconic 1992 romantic-comedy animated feature.
