"While Larry and Iboth work together to determine the business strategy, Larry also does hisown fiction writing and develops new talent, while I'm responsible for thebusiness and operations infrastructure. Josh will cover the middle,working production and print management, some operations and distributionpaperwork, and what we laughingly call 'creator triage.'
