If you're behind on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Marvel has got you covered. The studio dropped a 7-minute video that recaps the story so far, starting with Season 1 and ending with last week's episode, in anticipation of the series' 100th episode.

The video follows the show chronologically, with some caveats for artistic purposes. It highlights key aspects of the show, including Fitz and Simmons' relationship, the team's innovative technology and -- of course -- a ton of action. Additionally, it spotlights the various fan-favorite characters that have cycled through the show, like Bobbi "Mockingbird" Morse, Patton Oswalt's Koenig brothers, Deathlok and Antoine "Trip" Triplett. From Grant Ward's betrayal to the introduction of the Inhumans to the Secret Warriors to Ghost Rider and LMDs and space, the video has everything fans love about the show.

Naturally, this all builds towards the show's 100th episode, which will air on ABC this Friday. "The writers, they delivered on the 100th episode in terms of anybody who has invested time in the show — even if for one season, whatever it may be — the 100th episode is a payoff for many people,” Mack actor Henry Simmons told CBR back in January.

"Something really special happens in that episode, so I think for me it was more than ‘aw, oh my god!’ It was more like ‘awww’ endearing and happy that the audience is going to get that moment,” added Natalia Cordova-Buckley, who plays Elena "Yo-Yo" Rodriguez.

Airing Fridays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC, Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 5 stars Clark Gregg, Ming-Na Wen, Chloe Bennet, Henry Simmons, Ian De Caestecker, Natalia Cordova-Buckley and Elizabeth Henstridge.
