When Hydra returns on "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.", Phil Coulson will fit right in with the new world order, at least according to the show's latest poster. The new poster -- which appeared on the show's official Facebook page -- teases Coulson's role in the Framework, a virtual world not unlike “The Matrix.” There, Coulson will be a school teacher, and it looks like he'll buy right into Hydra's anti-Inhuman rhetoric.

The poster also includes quite a few Easter eggs. For one, there's the message on the chalkboard: "Inhumans and their negative intentions." This echoes the last time we saw Coulson before the show's hiatus, when he scrawled "Inhumans, why we fear them" across the board in front of a class of students. This message seems to fall in line with Hydra's mantra; after all, the show just dropped several anti-Inhuman propaganda posters which demand that citizens to report any “suspicious” Inhuman behavior.

Additionally, a blue folder behind Coulson bears a label that reads "History of the Cambridge Incident." To date, there haven't been any such incidents in the Marvel Cinematic Universe; the closest we got to that was the Convergence at University of Greenwich in "Thor: The Dark World," but that didn't take place close enough to Cambridge for it to be considered it a "Cambridge Incident." As such, this may be an event exclusive to the Framework. Perhaps, seeing as Coulson is a mere school teacher, he was never around to assemble the Avengers, which allowed Hydra to take over after a superhuman "incident."

Coulson also has a book titled "How Hydra Saved America" on his desk, of course referencing Hydra's new role in the show.

In the Framework, Coulson and his team have been living their “ideal” lives; that is, lives without regret. However, that means the Framework’s MCU has changed in fundamental ways, not the least of which is the fact that Hydra was never stopped from taking over S.H.I.E.L.D. In other words: Hydra’s back, and it looks like they’re there to stay.
