Last month, a truly entertaining rumor regarding production on "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" made its way online; the rumor posited that Ben Affleck actually rewrote scenes from the film on set while wearing his batsuit. But, as Affleck said while speaking at a Mexico City news conference, rumors of his involvement with the film's script have been fabricated -- especially that batsuit part.

"That is the dumbest rumor," said Affleck, as reported by THR. "I just like how if I was gonna go write, I would put on this bat suit first because it's so comfortable to write in. I didn't rewrite anything in any outfit, my underwear or otherwise."

While Affleck didn't have a part in writing "BvS," it's still rumored that he will be co-writing a possible Batman solo film with DC Entertainment CCO Geoff Johns, although no real updates have been given regarding that rumor since it emerged last summer.

Directed by Zack Snyder and starring Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Jesse Eisenberg, Laurence Fishburne, Amy Adams and others, "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" hits screens on March 25.
