Despite her injury, Dr. Britt Baker has still managed to remain at the center of the AEW Women's Division. Her friendship with "Mr. Starbucks" Tony Schiavone has been a source of ongoing support for her during her recovery process. Baker's assistant Reba/Rebel has also played a huge role in helping the AEW star as she tries to come back from her horrific injury. But there's one person who hasn't been as supportive -- and her name is Big Swole.

The problems between Britt Baker and Big Swole began months ago when Britt and Tony were trying to have a polite conversation on stage. Swole interrupted the interview, and a war of words ensued. Thanks to the pandemic, and now Britt Baker's injury, a match to resolve these issues has yet to happen -- but just because Britt Baker can't wrestle right now doesn't mean their feud hasn't been progressing in other ways.

A couple of weeks ago, Big Swole faced off against the former Women's Champion, Nyla Rose, in a losing effort on Dynamite. While she may not have won the match, she once again turned in an incredible performance and proved herself to be a main event level talent. Chauffeured by Reba/Rebel in her tricked out golf cart, the Role's Royce, Baker took in the match at ringside, offering her support for Big Swole in the form of screaming insults and nasty glares. Swole obviously didn't appreciate this as she came after Britt with a chair.

It was an unfortunate turn of events -- attacking a wheelchair-bound individual is never appropriate, even less so when that person is a doctor and role model. Luckily, Reba/Rebel was able to safely spirit the doctor way from the scene. To be clear, "safely" only refers to the relative state of Britt Baker, as Reba/Rebel did cause some other injuries and property damage as she drove away -- but that's a small price to pay to keep Britt safe.

Things got worse on the most recent episode of Dynamite. Once again, Britt was at ringside in the Role's Royce, sending notes on small pieces of paper to the commentary team via a pulley system. Tony "The Human Mic Stand" Schiavone then came down for an interview with the doctor, who got mad at him for his lack of support and declared a friendship time out. Britt then asked Reba/Rebel to drive off, which is when things went sideways.

It turned out the Big Swole had commandeered the Role's Royce while Reba/Rebel was in the bathroom. She then kidnapped Baker and drove her away, leaving Britt's whereabouts a mystery for most of the show. Luckily, Reba/Rebel eventually tracked Baker's phone to a nearby alley, where the dastardly Big Swole had deposited the doctor into a dumpster.

Baker gently/loudly reminded her assistant that the entire catastrophe could have been avoided if only Reba/Rebel had remembered that she's not allowed to use the washroom at all, and should always be at Baker's side, 24/7/365. Britt briefly fired Reba/Rebel before taking her back like the compassionate role model that she is. The good doctor was also infuriated that Tony wasn't there to offer her support and help her out of the dumpster until being reminded he was in a friendship time-out. The Role's Royce has yet to be recovered.

The likeliest possibility is that Big Swole used the Role's Royce for her getaway and may reappear with it on Dynamite in the future. If these types of shenanigans continue, Tony Kahn may have to step in and provide an authoritative resolution. But, the reality is that there will be no substantial resolution until Britt Baker and Big Swole can get in the ring together and work this situation out.

One has to wonder how Big Swole factors into the Aubrey Edwards-led conspiracy against Britt Baker that caused her injury in the first place. Nyla Rose, Kris Statlander and Hikaru Shida were all co-conspirators alongside Edwards, but it now seems obvious that Big Swole had a role in it as well. Only time -- and further investigation from Team Baker -- will reveal the truth about this developing situation as Britt recovers from this harrowing ordeal.
