ACTOR Fund Is All About The Fun At Comic-Con

LOS ANGELES, CA– Get set for an unbelievably good time at the A.C.T.O.R. Comic Fund booth at this year's International Comic-Con in San Diego from July 19-23, 2006!

You can find us by taking aisle 300. We will be situated right across from the small press pavilion. A8 is the place to be for the greatest A.C.T.O.R. booth activities and just in case the following isn't enough for you, stop by and meet Universal Studios face painter, Amy, who will be making you into your favorite super hero throughout the Con.

Thursday, July 20 George Pérez will be sketching only at the A.C.T.O.R. booth from 1:30-3:00 pm. That's right, the sketches that George does at the A.C.T.O.R. booth will be the ONLY sketches he is doing at the Con.

The Marvel vs DC charity softball game begins at 2 pm. If you haven't bid to play on one of the teams or bought transportation tickets to support A.C.T.O.R. and see the game of the year, do so now!

Friday, July 21 George Pérez and his booth babe will be at the A.C.T.O.R. booth from 10:00-11:30 am and Leonard Kirk will be at our booth from 1:00-3:00 pm. Our booth is also the ONLY place to get a sketch from Bill Willingham throughout the con, who will be doing both signings and sketches from 1:30-3:00.

Visit the CGC booth (#1000 and 1002) to participate in the CGC Signature Series for A.C.T.O.R. John Romita Sr. will be there from 11:30-1:30 and Brad Meltzer is signing from 3:30-4:30 pm!

From 6:00-7:00 pm, don't miss A.C.T.O.R. Saturday, July 22 Leonard Kirk is back at our booth from 2:30-3:30, while special A.C.T.O.R. booth guest James Farr of Xombie will be at A8 from 3:00-4:00 pm. Bill Willingham graces us with his presence from 3:00-4:30 and George Pérez will be back again doing his "thang" from 4:00-5:30 pm. Scott Kolins will also be sketching from 5:30-7:00.

Sunday, July 23 Don't miss out on getting the great Bill Willingham to do a sketch for you from 11:00-12:30 along with meeting the great George Pérez from 3:00-4:00 pm at the A.C.T.O.R. booth. Gene Ha will also be sketching from 11:00-1:00!
