"Star Wars" fans are undoubtedly still trying to process the events of "Rogue One" and their connections to the rest of of the sprawling franchise, but brace yourselves, because there's another link to add to the chain.

Resistance fighter Saw Gerrera, who was introduced on the animated "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" before making the leap to live-action in "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story," is heading back to the small screen.

A new poster for Disney XD's "Star Wars Rebels" spotted at Toys R Us prominently depicts Gerrera, played in "Rogue One" by Forest Whitaker.

Voiced by Andrew Kishino, the character debuted in the 2012 "Clone Wars" episode "A War on Two Fronts," where he was a leader of the Onderon rebels in the fight against the Confederacy of Independent Systems. His arc played out over the subsequent three Season Five episodes.

In "Rogue One," Whitaker's Gerrera is the leader of an extremist faction of the Rebel Alliance on Jedha, and serves as mentor and surrogate father to Felicity Jones' Jyn Erso.
