Making full use of Twitter hashtag #thenewvillains that DC Comics' has promoted for the characters debuting in September and beyond, comic book creator agent David Macho Gómez of Spanish Inq has been sharing art from a number of his clients' New 52 projects.
Gómez kicked things off with the following art reveal of the Cleaners, bad guys apparently making their debut in "Birds of Prey #1, written by Duane Swierczynski and drawn by Jesus Saiz.
Soon afterwards, Gómez tweeted a character sketch for a new Legion of Super-Heroes villain, the Renegade, saying he's a character powerful enough to easily defeat both Mon-El and Ultra Boy.
Following that, a full page from Paul Cornell and Miguel Sepulveda's "Stormwatch" revealing the Scourge of Worlds was uploaded.
Next, Gómez let loose with a trio of images from first issue of the one-time WildCAT mainstay Grifter, showing off the new daemonite designs of series artist CAFU.
Finally, Gómez wrapped his hour-long, art-teasing Twitter run with a trio of images from "Resurrection Man" artist Fernando Dagnino, introducing the villainous Lament.
