The 100 shockingly killed off a major character recently, and in a promo for the next episode, things don't seem to be getting any easier as the series forges toward its end.

The promo for "A Sort of Homecoming" begins with Bill Cadogan, the enigmatic leader of the Disciples cult, telling Clarke Griffin, "What is it you say? May we meet again."

Clarke points out that everyone they care about is there, which also means everyone's in danger. She's especially concerned for her daughter Madi, who she had to protect by making a difficult sacrifice in the previous episode "Blood Giant." The promo then ends with Clarke vowing that she "will not lose anyone else."

With only three episodes left, the heroes aren’t out of the woods yet. Cadogan has Madi’s prophetic sketchbook that will help the Disciples in the last war of mankind, and Clarke still has to find Madi, who has been hiding inside a nuclear reactor.

The human race returns, after a 97-year exile in space, to a wildly transformed Earth...only to discover that the human race had never truly left. Clarke found herself forced to lead a band of disposable juvenile delinquents as they faced death at every turn: from a world transformed by radiation, from the fierce Grounders who somehow managed to survive in it, and, perhaps worst of all, from themselves. Unfortunately, their newfound sense of normalcy will be short-lived, and their lives will be changed forever, as threats both old and new test their loyalties, push them past their limits, and make them question what it truly means to be human. First, they fought to survive. Then, they fought for their friends. Now, they will fight for the human race.
