Sasuke Uchiha is one of the main characters in Naruto, and he's playing a key role in Boruto as well. He is the second-strongest ninja in the world; only Naruto is stronger than him. It's a well-known fact that Naruto and Sasuke were competing with each other for years.
They were highly competitive and it was only after the Fourth Great Ninja War that Naruto managed to steer clear of Sasuke. Even though Naruto is stronger than Sasuke, the latter is capable of doing a lot of things that Naruto can't do.
10 Steal Chakra
Hagoromo Otsutsuki bestowed Sasuke half of Six Paths powers, which enabled the latter to awaken the Rinnegan in his left eye. Out of the "Three Great Dojutsu," the Rinnegan is the strongest. The eye drains a lot of chakra from its user, so overusing the eye can leave the user at death's door.
Sasuke found an easy way to counteract this drawback of the Rinnegan. He could simply steal chakra from his opponents. During his fight versus Naruto, he drained the chakra of the tailed beasts, which allowed him to use Indra's Arrow.
9 Travel Through Dimensions
Sasuke doesn't have an ordinary Rinnegan; it is a six tomoe Rinnegan. After the war was over, Sasuke started traveling and it's very likely that it was on a journey that he managed to find his Rinnegan's special ability. Sasuke's Rinnegan grants him the ability to travel through other dimensions.
He has displayed the power quite a few times already. Sasuke used the space-time ninjutsu to locate the Otsutsuki Palace, where he also found Kinshiki and Momoshiki Otsutsuki. It was due to this ability that Sasuke was able to warn Naruto and co. about the threat of the Otsutsuki.
8 Swap Places With Anything
Sasuke's Rinnegan cannot be underestimated by any means. It has saved Sasuke's life a lot of times already. Another unique ability of his Rinnegan is Amenotejikara. This ability allows Sasuke to swap places instantly with any object or person.
Amenotejikara is a very handy ability that allows Sasuke to set his opponents for an unexpected attack. Sasuke used Amenotejikara against Momoshiki, which allowed Naruto to hit the Otsutsuki with a strong punch.
7 Use Genjutsu
If there is one department where Naruto is lacking badly, it is genjutsu. Naruto has never used any sort of genjutsu and has no skill for it whatsoever. On the other hand, Sasuke is an expert at using genjutsu. He was able to place all the tailed beasts under genjutsu with the help of his Rinnegan.
Sasuke also used the Rinnegan genjutsu on Sakura, who is extremely resistant to genjutsu. Sadly, Sasuke hasn't used this ability since the war.
6 Use Susanoo
Susanoo is one of the strongest abilities of the Mangekyo Sharingan. It is a humanoid avatar that is made up of the chakra of the user. Susanoo can only be used by a person who has Mangekyo Sharingan in both eyes.
Sasuke awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan after Itachi's death. Susanoo gives its user a lot of protection. It is incredibly difficult to break a Susanoo. Sasuke showed off his Full Body Susanoo in the Fourth Great Ninja War. With the power of Susanoo, Sasuke could easily match the strength of the Nine-Tails.
5 Can Attack An Innocent Person
Naruto is a very kind person; he would never hurt an innocent person. He has been mistreated by people for almost all his life, but he never attacked anyone because of his troubles. On the other hand, Sasuke was very violent. He was traumatized at a very young age, and he believed that it gave him enough reason to do whatever he wanted to do.
His goal was to kill Itachi and avenge his clan, but after learning the truth about Itachi, Sasuke changed. He would literally kill anyone just to accomplish his goal, including his Taka teammates. Sasuke attacked Karin to kill Danzo. He attacked the Raikage at the Five Kage Summit, and he threatened to kill all the Five Kage when the war was over.
4 Can Use Amaterasu
Each Mangekyo Sharingan grants its user a different power. Itachi had the Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu, Obito had two variants of Kamui, and Sasuke had Amaterasu and the ability to control the flames.
Amaterasu is the highest level of Fire Release; it creates black flames that incinerate everything including other flames. Itachi could only use Amaterasu, but he couldn't control their shape. Sasuke's ability to manipulate the flames enables him to use it in combination with several other jutsu.
3 Access To All The Powers of The Rinnegan
Sasuke's six tomoe Rinnegan is unique. It grants him special powers that an ordinary Rinnegan doesn't have. Along with the unique abilities of his own Rinnegan, Sasuke can also utilize the powers of a normal Rinnegan.
He used Planetary Devastation against Momoshiki, in order to try and seal him. Sasuke can also use Almighty Push, Universal Pull, and all the other paths.
2 Copy Other Jutsu
Sasuke's Sharingan gives him the ability to copy the jutsu of other people. The ability to copy jutsu made one of the most feared clans throughout the world.
Sasuke can copy the hand seals of his opponent without any problem, however, Sasuke cannot copy a technique if it is a Kekkei Genkai.
1 Can Use Pseudo Ice Release
Both Naruto and Sasuke have a lot of Kekkei Genkai. Most of Sasuke's Kekkei Genkai are his dojutsu.
In Sasuke Shinden, Sasuke managed to create a pseudo Ice Release technique by combing Water Release and Wind Release. Naruto cannot use Ice Release or anything close to it.
