The Savage Land is one of the deadliest locations in all of Marvel Comics. Very few could survive there long term, since it's brimming with dangerous wildlife, territorial natives and even a few Jurassic creatures that have been forgotten by history.

While there are a few humans and well known Marvel characters that have actually lived within the Savage Land, there's really not too many characters that would be able to adapt to the surroundings long term. Whether they are a hero or a villain, their lack of powers, or perhaps their niche skills means that they really wouldn't last very long amongst the savages.

10 Trapster

The Trapster from Marvel Comics

The Trapster is a bizarre super villain that managed to create a paste gun which will shoot out glue that can trap his opponents, hence the name! Unfortunately, this isn't exactly a winning gimmick that he has for something as dangerous as the Savage Land.

Not only would his weapon of choice be useless after a short amount of time, but with very few other skills to speak of the former Paste-Pot-Pete really would be stranded and unable to defend himself!

9 Sharon Carter

S.H.I.E.L.D. academy can prepare an agent for a lot of things. There's even a little bit of survival training in there to help agents lost in the field. Sharon Carter might need a lot more than that though to survive this hellish place.

The agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. are used to facing off against unusual threats, but sadly Agent 13 doesn't have the powers, abilities or the weaponry to take on dinosaurs and unique flora.

8 Daredevil

The man without fear would certainly find a lot of things to be scared of if he ever found himself amongst the trees of the Savage Land. For starters this is not an ideal environment for Daredevil's senses.

There's plenty of natural elements that can really throw off his abilities. What's more, while he might be an expert in martial arts, that's probably not too helpful if he's fighting off lizard people or pterodactyls.

7 Black Cat

The Black Cat is of course an expert cat burglar, but asides from her remarkable agility and quick thinking under pressure, this thief might bite off more than she can chew if she finds herself in this wilderness.

Black Cat is used to the urban jungle and her abilities really aren't of any use out in the Savage Land. She'd perhaps fare a lot better compared to others on this list, but she's really not prepared for this situation.

6 Forge

Another mutant who's abilities vastly contrast to what the Savage Land has to offer, Forge is well known for being able to bond and communicate with human (and sometimes alien) technology.

The problem Forge will find out in the jungle is that there simply isn't any technology for him to work with. Since his core skills involve weapons and computers he's really out of his element here.

5 Wasp

Wasp may be an experienced superhero and be able to hold her own in battle, but she's probably going to feel like she's a little out of her comfort zone in the depths of the Savage Land.

Since she can shrink down everything will tower above her and her flying abilities might make her an easy target for predators that normally feed on insects. She might be able to convince some local wasps to help at least!

4 Baron Zemo

Baron Zemo is a leader, the wielder of a solid steel blade and the wearer of a strange purple mask. None of these elements really mesh well with the great outdoors.

His sword may protect him briefly against any attacking tribes, but he's not remotely prepared for the dangerous landscapes of the Savage Land. In fact, that mask might actually do more damage than good in the great heats of the jungle.

3 Night Thrasher

Night Thrasher was one of the originals behind the New Warriors and has both trained and lead a few generations of heroes. Despite his experience he wouldn't fare too well amongst the savages.

Night Thrasher is a survivor there's no denying that. Getting by on just his combat skills, he has no powers to speak. But, in the jungle and out of his elements, his abilities just won't be enough to last.

2 Arsenic

Arsenic is the nickname that Gertrude of the Runaways gave herself. Arsenic also has no powers of her own, but she is telepathically linked to a dinosaur called Old Lace.

This could become incredibly complex when Old Lace is brought to its natural habitat. It may be confusing for Gert to still be able to control Old Lace, who could revert to his primitive ways or not be able to protect her from bigger beasts.

1 Kingpin

Kingpin is capable of some vile and dangerous behaviour. He's skilled with his fists, becoming an extremely talented martial artist. But despite his brute strength he'd be lost in the jungle.

New York is the wilderness he is used to. He's usually got a number of protectors around him and can handle himself in a fight. But not in a fight against speared lizard men, or trying to keep his white suit clean in a muddy forest.
